Scarlett Johansson is an American actress and performer born in NYC the city of New York, on November 22nd, 1984. Her acting has earned an acclaim in a diverse variety of genres, including historical drama as well as action and thrillers. Johansson was the daughter of an architect and producer was raised within New York City. Hunter was the twin of her younger sister. At a very young age she discovered a love for performing and started making commercial auditions around the age seven. Her interest in acting grew rapidly and she soon after in the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. At the age of eight old, Johansson appeared alongside Ethan Hawke as Sophistry in an Off-Broadway show. And at age nine her debut film was Rob Reiner's North (1994). Johansson was next seen in Just Cause (1996), but the film Manny & Lo 1996 that gave her her breakthrough. The film is about two orphaned girls who run away. Next, she received high praise from critics for her performance as the role of a teenager who suffered an accident that left her disfigured on screen in The Horse Whisperer (1998). The film gained her more acclaim in Ghost World (2002) as the self-deprecating outcast Rebecca. Renee Felice Smith started her career in entertainment from a very young age. She discovered her passion for performing as a child. Smith's parents supported her in landing her first acting role when she was just six. Smith appeared in a Dannon TV commercial. Similar to other novice actors in the same position She honed her craft on the stage. Additionally, she was involved in various projects throughout the USA and Canada, but Wildflower was her first onstage production.
