Anne Curtis
Anne Curtis Smith is a Filipino Australian actress, model television host, and music producer. She has received several awards over the course of her career. These include the two FAMAS Awards two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards and as well being awarded five PMPC Star Awards in the television segment. She has been nominated as well for 8 PMPC Star Awards, two Gawad Urian Awards, as well as for the Gawad Urian Awards. Curtis starred in several television series including Hiram Kampanerang (2005), Maging Sino Ka Man Dyosa (2008) Green Rose (2011) and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2013). In Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel she played Komiks legendary character Dyesebel. Her other roles include hosting the midday variety show It's Showtime between 2009 and 2020. Anne Curtis, born on 17 February, 1985 in Australia and the Philippines, is a television actress presenter, entrepreneur and recording artist. She has received numerous accolades throughout her career including the two FAMAS Awards a Luna Award two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards and five PMPC Star Awards for Television. In addition, she's nominated for two Gawad Urian Awards as well as eight PMPC Star Awards For Movies. Curtis has appeared in a variety of television shows including Hiram, Maging Sino Dyosa and Green Rose. In 2014, she was the Komiks iconic Dyesebel in Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. The actress was also host of It's Showtime a noontime variety program (2009-2020). Curtis Curtis Smith was born in Yarrawonga Victoria Australia as the her mother was Carmencita Ojales who is a Filipino native of Bolinao Pangasinan. Her father James Ernest Curtis-Smith, married Ojales in 1982. Jasmine's younger sister is an actor was her father. On their father's side they had a half-sister named Clare who passed away in 2007 due to a cardiovascular disease at four months old.
