Maria Bartiromo - the American television journalist and broadcaster who was the first broadcaster to stream live via the New York Stock Exchange - is known for several of her extremely successful programs. A broadcasting veteran with over two decades of experience in reporting about business and economy she played a pivotal role in establishing the television channel CNBC as being among the topmost on the market in the economy and business segment. We can conclude that she is bound to be a journalist after her career success. When she was a teenager Maria was unable to determine what career path she would like to pursue. Jeanne Marie Tripplehorn has been an American actor in film, TV and on stage since the latter part of 1970. She is a talented thespian who has been active professionally from the last 27 years. Her first stage appearance was in 1990, when she performed an Off Broadway version of The Big Funk directed by John Patrick Shanley. Then, in The Perfect Tribute, she had her debut TV role a year later. In 1992, she earned her big break by being a part of the film Basic Instinct as a minor role. The Firm is where she made her debut as the female star in the film alongside Tom Cruise & Gene Hackman. In the 90s, she worked alongside some of the top actors in Hollywood, such as Gwyneth Paltrow and Hugh Grant. Most recently, she played the role as Alex Blake, Dr. Alex Blake in Criminal Minds.
